Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds work when shopping at HappyBasia.com.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging (including box or mesh bag).

  • Include all parts and accessories (if applicable).

Please note:

  • Returns received in damaged or used condition may be partially refunded or refused.

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless defective.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@happybasia.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong color, damaged item, missing parts).

  • If the return is our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost after receiving the parcel.

  • For international orders, please ensure that the package is clearly marked as a “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot refund items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Please include photos of the product and packaging for faster processing.


7. International Orders

We ship worldwide from Poland (EU).
For non-EU customers, please note:

  • Import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees are not refundable.

  • International returns must be marked as “Returned Goods” to prevent delays or charges.

  • The refund amount will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original transaction.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom color mixes or personalized products

  • Items sold as “Final Sale”

  • Used, washed, or damaged products not caused by shipping

10. Legal Notice

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
If you are an EU or UK resident, you are entitled to your legal right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
